Who We Are
Niche was born in Kansas City when our founder, former schoolteacher Michael Franke, almost lost his own home to foreclosure. That wake-up call pushed him deep into distressed real estate, learning how to help homeowners in crisis and turn overlooked leads into real opportunities.
Over the last decade, Michael has completed more than 900 foreclosure deals, personally stopped hundreds of foreclosure sales, and become one of the country's leading experts in motivated seller strategies. The systems he built in the trenches are what now power Niche.
